Belly Power (2025)
Exploring spiritism and spirit photography in new collaborative works, an attempt to capture invisible powers, entities, feelings and thoughts and celebrate (female) friendship.
'My Guides & Me' which is a collaboration with my friend and artist Shani Leseman, explores a variety of topics and themes in our music and performances, such as (contemporary) magic, esotericism, and rituals. Some examples include the power of text and words (such as casting spells or chanting) and our relationship with our surroundings (for instance, ecosexuality: a form of environmental activism based on the idea of nature as a loved one).
